Return Eligibility
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. We may require proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt.
Refund Process
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at supportgn@gmail.com. We will provide you with instructions on how to return your item and any applicable shipping labels or return fees.
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return eligibility requirements. We will then process your refund or exchange as follows:
- If you are eligible for a refund, we will refund the purchase price to the original payment method used for the purchase, minus any shipping or handling fees.
- If you are eligible for an exchange, we will ship the replacement item to you within 14 days of receiving your returned item, subject to availability.
Please note that it may take several business days for your refund to be processed and for the funds to appear in your account.
